The Hong Kong Jockey Club Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (“the Club”) is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.  The Division The Corporate Affairs (CA) Division strengthens the strategic development and positioning of the Club as a world-class racing club and charity organisation, through engaging key stakeholders in both Hong Kong and the Mainland, and maintaining efficient and effective corporate communications.​​​  Job Summary We are looking for a studio artist who demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on pixel-perfect execution. The role involves developing and executing creative assets and visual identity for branding and marketing materials, with the ultimate goal of positioning HKJC as the leading sports and entertainment brand and the most reputable not-for-profit enterprise dedicated to society betterment. Deliverables will span a wide range of internal and external channels, including online, print, and event-based media.  The Job Artwork Production: Create and prepare artwork for print and digital media, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand guidelines. Design Execution: Design layouts for advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials using graphic design software. Image Editing: Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal, ensuring images meet the project's requirements. Mockups and Prototypes: Create mockups or prototypes for presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts effectively. Production Coordination: Coordinate with printers and production teams to ensure accurate reproduction of designs. Quality Assurance: Review final artwork for errors and consistency before submission for printing or digital distribution. File Management: Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring proper naming conventions and storage for easy access.  About You Degree/Diploma in graphic design/advertising or related disciplines Minimum 3 years hands-on design/artwork production experience under tight deadlines   Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to refine and finalize artwork for output Strong experience preparing print-ready files with precise color and layout control   Digital and printing knowledge with detail-minded communication and problem-solving skills Multi-tasking. Be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as team-player in corporate environment Detail-oriented, meticulous, able to spot and fix errors before production Strong knowledge in both Mac and PC. Be proficient in using MAC Adobe CC software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, etc.) Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese  Apply Now!
