The Gifting Knot Ltd is a creative, independent business based in Hartlepool, known for our personalised handmade gifts sent to customers all over the world. We’re a small but mighty team who care about thoughtful design, excellent customer service, and bringing joy through gifting.
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated team player to join us as a studio assistant – someone with a hands-on attitude, a great eye for detail, and a love for both creativity and getting stuck in.

THE ROLE

This is a varied, hands-on role that involves working with UV and laser printers to create high-quality personalised products. You’ll also support the team with product assembly and packaging during busier periods, helping to make sure every order meets our high standards and is sent out on time.
You’ll be trained on the equipment and processes, but a natural attention to detail and willingness to learn are essential.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES:

• Processing and preparing customer orders
• Operating UV and laser printers (full training can be provided)
• Supporting general production tasks and keeping things running smoothly
• Helping with daily housekeeping to keep our workspace clean and organised
