  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to follow direction and adapt to the evolving needs of the studio.
  • Previous experience in cleaning, organizing, or inventory management is an asset but not required.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Studio Cleaner + Organizer plays an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our studio space. This position ensures that work areas are tidy, supplies are well-stocked, and our studio remains an inspiring place for our designers, florists, and event specialists to create their magic. If you have an eye for detail, love keeping things in order, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment, this role is for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain cleanliness of studio workspaces, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Organize materials, tools, and supplies to create an efficient workflow.
  • Ensure storage areas are neat, labeled, and easily accessible.
  • Assist with inventory management by tracking and restocking essential supplies.
  • Remove and properly dispose of waste and recycling.
  • Maintain floral and event preparation areas in a clean and organized manner.
  • Assist in preparing the studio for workshops, events, and client visits.
  • Support the team with occasional light lifting, unpacking, and storage of materials.
  • Identify areas for improvement in studio organization and implement solutions.
