ABOUT YOU You’re dependable, proactive, and take pride in keeping things clean and organized. You care about the guest experience and understand the importance of a hygienic, welcoming studio. You enjoy working independently, but you’re also a team player who’s ready to jump in wherever needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a spotless, organized studio environment including front desk, lobby, sauna suites, and back-of-house Perform suite turnover after each guest session: sanitize saunas, showers, and surfaces thoroughly Handle all laundry including washing, drying, folding, and restocking towels and cold compresses Clean and restock all restrooms and guest amenities throughout the day Assist with inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate restock needs Work efficiently and independently, completing tasks with minimal supervision Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards and protocols QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to follow cleaning protocols and maintain consistency in standards Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings BENEFITS Paid training Medical/Dental/Vision for full-time employees Free unlimited SweatHouz membership Friendly, wellness-focused atmosphere Opportunities for internal growth Hours: Flexible schedule; weekend availability required
