We are looking for a Studio Equipment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Ensure a high-end client experience across all productions by collaborating with Bookings and cross-functional teams to manage customer service, equipment, logistics, estimates, and communications. ​​Respond to client inquiries, create estimates, source equipment, and manage all outgoing and incoming orders with rigorous attention to detail. Oversee the functionality, organization, and presentation of all studio and equipment areas while managing supplies, budgets, expenses, and accounts payable. Train and lead equipment staff on testing, packing, and prep protocols while providing clients with technical support for equipment setup and troubleshooting. Maintain the cyc wall and uphold overall studio presentation standards. Communicate with clients and team members in a responsive, professional manner across phone, email, and text. At least 2 years experience in similar studio or equipment operations role Deep working knowledge of photographic, film, digital and grip equipment is a must Familiarity with barcode scanning systems and general inventory experience Computer and G-Suite literacy Experience working in a 24/7 Environment Drivers' License with clean driving record and familiarity with cargo vans, sprinters and cube trucks Familiarity with cyc wall maintenance, painting and minor drywalling. Repair experience and managing external vendors Experience managing a team or crew in a fast paced environment Physical condition necessary for warehouse operations; Lifting and moving heavy equipment 50 - 100lbs Working knowledge of the commercial photography industry Excellent communication, effective time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to create and maintain up to date spreadsheets that track cap EX, expendable usage and general department expenses Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset and collaborative team spirit Ability to work on-site and follow Covid Safety Protocols Experience with producing rental estimates and rental billing Commitment to high end customer service The anticipated salary range for this role is $17-$20 per hour. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
