IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years experience in assembly, logistics, operations coordination, or procurement (especially in hardware, equipment, AV, or tech environments).
  • Hands-on comfort with tools, small hardware, and technical gear.
  • Highly organized with excellent checklist discipline and digital tracking habits.
  • Experience with procurement platforms, inventory systems, or simple ERP tools a plus.
  • Familiarity with photography or studio lighting gear.Strong communication skills—you’ll collaborate across R&D, ops, and install teams.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly organized, hands-on Studio Hardware & Logistics Coordinator to oversee the sourcing, preparation, and shipment of all physical equipment required for launching new retail locations. This role combines light assembly and kit-building with procurement, inventory tracking, and outbound logistics.
You ensure that every part, mount, flash modifier, cable, or screw makes it into the right box, labeled, tested, and ready for install.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble and prepare studio kits including camera mounts, flash units, alignment systems, and lighting modifiers.
  • Procure hardware components, tools, and accessories needed for new builds or upgrades.
  • Track inventory across production components, consumables, and serialized equipment.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments and ensure install teams have complete, organized kits.
  • Work with R&D and install leads to improve standardization and reduce install time at new locations.
  • Maintain digital documentation and packing manifests to ensure visibility and traceability.
  • Support workshop tasks (e.g., mounting, labeling, QA testing, prepping 3D printed components).Identify and solve gaps in availability or quality of physical assets during staging.
