Job Title: Aerobics Instructor (must be able to deliver Spin Bike Classes) Responsible To: Centre Manager, Duty Officer

ORGANISATIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Work with the team to deliver the best possible customer experience
· Adopt and adhere to Trilogy Safeguarding Policy, Procedures and Practices
· Adopt all Health & Safety and all legal compliance in all areas of the business

· Be accountable for knowing all company processes, policy and relevant information

INDIVIDUAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· To plan and provide instruction in exercise classes for customers of Trilogy Active (Belper Leisure Centre)
· To ensure the smooth and safe running of the class
· Responsible care of studio fitness equipment, stereo and head mic system
· Responsible for setting up and setting down of equipment within the time of the class
· Report any equipment fault or concerns to the Duty Officer or Centre Manager
· Any other duties commensurate with the demands of the organisation
