David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Studio Manager for their Gaming studios in Bogota, Colombia. Position: Studio Manager Location: Bogota, Colombia Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses (including visa, flights, relocation and ongoing accommodation) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and manage daily operations within a designated area, ensuring smooth performance while guiding and supporting team leaders. Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving operational processes. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. Plan and manage projects to ensure they align with organizational goals and are successfully executed. Maintain high-quality standards across teams, processes, and projects to achieve excellent results. Measure and analyze team performance using key metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordination and alignment of efforts towards business objectives. Promote a culture of efficiency, compliance, and flexibility, ensuring all operational processes align with organizational goals. REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in English (C1), both oral and written. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience. At least 5 years of proven experience in management roles. Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams. Strong decision-making capabilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus, but not required.
