Responsibilities

We are looking for an amazing studio manger with floristry experience to join our busy central London florist.
Job type: Full Time role - Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work (pre-agreed) & some early mornings).
This role will require the individual to work closely alongside the Company Directors and the florists. The key responsibility will be keeping the studio running smoothly at all times and maintaining relationships with all freelancers, contractors and suppliers.

Other main tasks and responsibilities will include:-

  • Working closely with the Directors to ensure the smooth running of the studio;
  • Manage client and new customer enquiries;
  • Attending client briefing and meetings for events, wedding etc;
  • Preparing proposals for clients;
  • Sourcing / buying props, flowers, sundries, etc;
  • Organising transportation of goods (flowers, sundries, props, etc);
  • Management and scheduling of contractors;
  • Ensuring that the studio is organised and is looking its best at all times with support from the rest of the team;
  • Managing the staff rota and events schedules;
  • Project and event management where required;
  • Work with the Shop Manager to create good working habits between the studio and shop;
  • Ensuring all clients and customers feel valued and well taken care of.
