Description
STUDIO MANAGER, FULL-TIME  (SOUTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE) THE COLLECTIVE STUDIOS: The Collective Studios is New Hampshire’s premier fitness and wellness experience, creating community, inspiring health and empowering personal growth in a boutique studio setting. We offer cycle, strength, yoga, and barre classes at our flagship Londonderry studio, and we are also home to New Hampshire’s first Lagree Megaformer studio at our new Bedford location. We are a rapidly growing brand, with plans for expansion on the horizon. The Studio Manager is integral to TCS’s longevity and success.  THE ROLE: The Studio Manager is fully accountable for the day-to-day performance, operations, and experience inside the four walls of The Collective Studios. This role owns operational execution, facility standards, studio team leadership, client experience delivery, and in-studio revenue performance — ensuring the business runs at an exceptional level without requiring daily executive involvement. This role is responsible for ensuring the studios operate at an exceptional level, every day, without requiring day-to-day executive oversight. The Studio Manager sets the operational rhythm of the business, proactively identifies risks or gaps, and implements solutions before they impact the team, the client experience, or financial performance. As such, this is a highly in-person leadership role. The Studio Manager maintains a consistent physical presence in the studios, actively engaging with team members and clients daily to lead culture, monitor operations, and support real-time business needs. This role is not designed for remote execution and requires strong visibility and accessibility during studio operating hours. Our Studio Manager is exceptionally detail-oriented, highly accountable, and deeply process-driven. This person does not wait to be directed — they lead, decide, and execute. They are both a strategic operator and an in-the-moment problem solver, capable of zooming out to protect long-term business performance while also owning the details that create a premium, hospitality-forward studio experience. Beyond operational excellence, this role is a visible culture carrier and brand ambassador — modeling leadership, professionalism, and service standards for both team and clients. To ensure full focus on operational leadership, team development, and business performance, this is a non-teaching position. The Studio Manager role is intentionally structured as a dedicated operational leadership seat and is not eligible to instruct classes at The Collective Studios. This role operates as the cross-functional hub between Instructors, Marketing, Retail, and Executive Leadership–ensuring initiatives are operationalized effectively inside the studio and that each department’s KPIs translate into real, measurable in-studio outcomes. The Studio Manager ensures the business runs seamlessly and predictably–with clear communication, strong systems, and consistent execution–so every team member understands expectations and every client experiences best-in-class service and community.
