This is a performance-based leadership role. We are looking for someone who knows how to build teams, grow memberships, and own studio KPIs. If you have successfully grown revenue, led sales teams, and thrive in an accountability-driven environment — this may be the opportunity for you. What You’ll Own Full studio operations and daily performance Hiring, training, and developing a high-performance team Membership sales and recurring revenue growth KPI management (conversion rate, retention, EFT growth, revenue per member) Lead management and structured sales execution Creating a strong, results-driven culture Delivering exceptional member experience and retention strategies Required Experience 2+ years as a Studio Manager, General Manager, Fitness Manager, or Sales Manager Proven success increasing memberships or recurring revenue Experience leading and developing a team Strong sales leadership and closing ability Comfortable being measured on revenue and performance metrics Experience in boutique fitness, gym management, retail management, or service-based sales preferred.
