This role is ideal for an energetic, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment and leads by example. Primary Job Functions Lead daily studio operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and exceptional service Interview, hire, onboard, and develop Team Members in alignment with Gloloft’s culture and standards Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to build a strong team Monitor staffing needs, utilization, and labor trends to support business demand Manage inventory levels and place product and supply orders as needed Uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and safety protocols per company and State Board standards Foster a client-first mindset and ensure every guest receives a personalized experience Perform airbrush tanning services as needed to support team operations Participate in weekly leadership meetings and contribute insights and results Maintain a polished, welcoming studio environment reflective of the Gloloft brand Qualifications Minimum 2 years of management experience in a retail, spa, or salon setting Passion for the beauty and wellness industry (esthetician or cosmetology license a plus, not required) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to drive performance, manage priorities, and resolve challenges Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and working in a studio environment Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: $50,000- $54,000 annually Health & Wellness Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off: Vacation and paid holidays Employee Perks: Complimentary services and product discounts Professional Development: Leadership training and career advancement opportunities Company Culture: Supportive, inclusive environment that values collaboration and excellence Hiring Process Within 24 hours: A live team member will reach out to qualified applicants Within 48 hours: Initial interview scheduled Within 7 days: Hiring process typically complete Apply Now!
