• Lead & Inspire: Coach and develop a team of estheticians to meet their individual goals, ensuring they’re motivated to deliver top-notch service and grow professionally.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily studio operations, from scheduling and staffing to payroll management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase membership sales, upsell services, and boost product promotions. Consistently analyze sales data and client feedback to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement initiatives that positively impact the studio’s bottom line.
• Strategize & Innovate: Collaborate on creative marketing initiatives such as community events and local business partnerships to increase studio visibility, attract new clients, and maximize revenue.
• Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Ensure every client receives an outstanding experience that fosters loyalty. Address feedback and resolve issues quickly to maintain Hi, skin’s excellent reputation.
