When members walk through our doors, they feel like they’re coming home. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Studio Manager In Training, you are a sales-driver and a fitness-lover. You will oversee—with the support of a local franchisee—a team of Sales Associates and Fitness Coaches, managing the day-to-day execution of the OTF sales program and driving positive net member growth. In addition to promoting the OTF brand in and outside of the studio, you will engage with our members in a genuine and friendly manner while motivating and encouraging each and every person to reach their fitness goals.
