MH Studios is seeking a Studio Manager & Marketing Assistant to play a key role in driving business growth, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring smooth day-to-day studio operations. This hybrid role blends marketing execution, client relationship management, and studio coordination. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and doer - someone who thrives in a creative environment, takes initiative, and is passionate about the music and film industry.

QUALIFICATIONS & TRAITS

  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, artist management, music marketing or creative industry equivalent
  • Deep understanding of the music industry landscape
  • Hands-on experience in audio and/or video production is an asset (not required, but a plus Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Digital marketing expertise - experience creating, optimizing, and reporting on paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Organized, solutions-oriented, and confident in juggling many stakeholders
  • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and collaborates well across remote teams
  • Genuine passion for music, with a drive to support artists in their creative and professional growth
