MADDspace is a premier Performing Arts School dedicated to nurturing young talents in Music, Art, Drama, and Dance. We provide a dynamic learning environment where children and youth can grow in confidence, creativity, and performance excellence. As we continue to expand our programmes and student base, we are looking for a proactive and passionate Studio Manager to lead daily operations and support our growing community.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in Arts Management, Business, Education, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a management or operations role, preferably in education, arts, or enrichment sector.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Passionate about performing arts and youth development.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when required (e.g., events, showcases, competitions).
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of MADDspace, ensuring smooth running of classes, managing staff and instructors, handling parent and student relations, and supporting the overall growth of the school. This role requires strong organisational skills, leadership abilities, and a genuine passion for the performing arts and youth education.

FINANCIAL & ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Monitor class attendance, student enrolments, and retention rates.
  • Assist in invoicing, payment collection, and maintaining financial records.
  • Track performance metrics to support the studio’s growth and efficiency.
