JOB SUMMARY

Join our over-50s fitness studio in Mitchelton! Hiring a part-time Studio Manager.

• Lead daily operations and studio growth
• Deliver ~10 group fitness sessions/week (pre-programmed)Call and convert leads into members

• Member onboarding, assessments & retention

• Casual trainer supervision
• Reports, admin & facility presentation
• Collaborate with Allied Health professionals
• Drive social events, promotions & partnerships

Hours: there will be 3 classes per day Monday to Friday 0715, 0815, 930.

• We support a healthy work/life balance and offer flexibility with your hours, as you’ll be supported by a casual trainer covering 5–10 sessions per week.
