Responsibilities:

STRONG Classes

• Deliver a minimum number of STRONG Pilates classes.
• Give clients personal attention during class, ensure that your cueing is clear, precise and easy to follow, ensure clients are using correct form at all times
• Know clients’ injuries before class so that you can modify where need be
• Inspire and promote an energetic environment
• Balance teaching, changing lights and music during class all while staying on top of your timing and programming for the day.
• Ensure each client has appropriate dress code and is familiarised with the Rowformer prior to class
