David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Serbian speaking Studio Manager for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia. Position: Studio Manager Location: Belgrade, Serbia Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Guide, inspire, and develop team members to achieve high performance and operational success. Ensure appropriate staffing levels for optimal service, manage rotations, and coordinate temporary coverage when necessary. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures in accordance with relevant regulations and standards. Identify and implement improvements to streamline operations, ensuring efficient workflows. Review operational and financial data, adjusting strategies to meet key performance targets. Foster a positive team culture, offering guidance and opportunities for professional growth. Partner with senior leadership, HR, and other teams to support overall operational goals. Develop and enforce risk management strategies to ensure a safe and structured work environment. Oversee expense management and optimize resource use for efficient operations. Manage vendor relationships and ensure the facility is maintained to a high standard. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in Serbian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2). Minimum of 2 years in an Operations Management role. Experience managing large teams (200+ employees) in a fast-paced environment is a plus. Basic financial management skills and experience with budgeting. Demonstrated ability to build and develop teams. Strong focus on quality assurance and leadership. Proactive, adaptable, and empathetic with excellent people management abilities. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills at all levels. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary. Proficient in using computers and possess strong technical and analytical skills.
