STUDIO MANAGER

Studio Bark are seeking a positive and proactive Studio Manager to keep our architecture practice running smoothly across administration, finance, HR, IT, and studio facilities. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the studio, supporting the whole team and helping create an organised, welcoming environment where great design work can flourish.
Alongside Studio Bark, this role will also support our sister company , setting up and maintaining operational systems and processes as the business grows.

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
• Clear and confident communicator, with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented - showing initiative and spotting what needs doing before being asked
• Positive and professional attitude, with a collaborative, “get stuck in” approach
• Comfortable managing varied tasks across operations, HR, IT, and finance, and quick to learn new systems
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Asana, and financial systems would be beneficial but is not essential
• An interest in climate and environmental issues is welcomed and encouraged, though not essential

• Hours: Full-time or part-time considered, with flexibility to suit the right candidate. We operate a no-overtime culture and flexible working policy with core hours 10am - 4pm.
