Description
MaxStrength Fitness is one of the fastest-growing, award-winning strength training companies delivering world-class, 1-on-1 personal training that transforms our clients’ lives in just minutes a week. Our secret? A relentless commitment to Kaizen, professionalism, and a customer experience so exceptional that clients talk about it for years. We are now hiring a Studio Operations & Client Experience Specialist — a mission-critical, client-facing hybrid role that supports daily studio operations while assisting with one-on-one training sessions as needed. This is not a passive front-desk job. This is a key operational role that keeps the studio running smoothly and sets the tone the moment a client walks through our doors. If you’re not energetic, proactive, organized, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities without losing your smile… this is not the role for you. Is that you? You will thrive here. WHAT YOU’LL DO (Performance Expectations) Deliver a World-Class Client Experience You are the first face and voice clients encounter. You set the tone for their entire session by radiating professionalism, warmth, and positive energy. If delighting people doesn’t light you up, you won’t last here. Keep Studio Operations Running Smoothly You will manage scheduling, client records, and daily administrative tasks while keeping digital and physical systems organized. You must be comfortable learning and using multiple software platforms — tech savvy is non-negotiable. Own Client Communication & Follow-Up You will answer calls and messages professionally, return inquiries promptly, and complete outbound calls for lead follow-up and scheduling during standard business hours. Confidence and consistency matter. Switch Context Without Losing Precision You’ll greet clients, update schedules, support marketing initiatives, manage records, assist with studio organization, and jump between tasks throughout the day. If interruptions throw you off, this role will overwhelm you — but if you’re a natural multitasker, you’ll love it. Support Strength Training Sessions (As Needed) You will assist with and deliver one-on-one strength training sessions during studio hours when needed. No prior personal training certification is required — comprehensive paid training is provided. WHAT YOU MUST ALREADY BRING Strong computer literacy and comfort with scheduling and office software Professional communication skills — in person, on the phone, and via email A Stewardship Mindset — empathy, ownership, and pride in serving clients A Growth Mindset — coachable, solution-oriented, and always improving Impeccable organization and attention to detail Strong time management with minimal supervision CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) A positive, energetic personality — we cannot teach enthusiasm WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY People who need constant direction People who crumble under interruptions Low-energy personalities Anyone who thinks “good enough” is good enough People who are uncomfortable calling leads or speaking with clients Trainers who only want to train and avoid operations SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY EXPECTATIONS Studio hours are 7:00–12:30 Monday–Saturday and 3:00–6:30 Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday Availability is required during studio hours for operations and training support Flexibility within these time windows is essential What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid training and onboarding Growth opportunities as the studio expands Supportive, professional work environment Hiring Process Phone interview within 24–48 hours In-person interview Paid onboarding and training
