Description Key Responsibilities Photography & Client Experience Photograph 40–50 weddings per year as lead photographer (7+ hours each). Serve as second shooter on 18–25 weddings annually as needed. Photograph engagement sessions for all assigned couples. Provide weekday photography for headshots, corporate, and social events. Communicate directly with assigned clients: Answer questions Coordinate engagement sessions Assist with timeline creation and event logistics. Organize and coordinate second shooters for your events. Scout, evaluate, and recommend new photographers, videographers, DJs, and creative partners. Editing & Creative Production Edit all images from your events. Support the main editor with overflow editing as needed. Studio & Administrative Support (Weekdays) Assist with daily studio operations including: Processing payments and ensuring transaction accuracy. Preparing photo booth equipment for upcoming events. Helping train photo booth technicians. Scheduling and confirming second shooters. Curating and posting blog content. Posting to Instagram in alignment with brand standards. Preparing and delivering images to vendors and partners.

Responsibilities

The Studio Photography Associate will photograph weddings and engagement sessions, manage client communications, and coordinate with second shooters. Additionally, they will handle editing and support daily studio operations.
