Description

We are building a high-end podcast and content studio in Dubai and are hiring a full-time Studio Producer who can run the entire operation from studio setup to client handling to basic editing. If you cannot handle cameras, audio, clients, deadlines, and fast-paced workflows, do not apply. ⸻ Role Overview You will run the studio every day, operate all equipment, welcome clients, manage recordings, and occasionally travel for on-site shoots around Dubai. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who knows how to make creators and businesses look and sound professional. Responsibilities: Studio Operations • Prepare the studio daily • Set up lights, mics, and cameras • Test audio levels • Keep the studio clean and client-ready • Maintain equipment health • Manage the booking schedule Client Handling • Welcome clients professionally • Guide guests on mic technique, posture, seating • Make clients feel confident and supported • Manage session timing and flow Recording Execution • Operate cameras (single or multi-cam) • Adjust lighting in real time • Troubleshoot audio issues • Live-switching (if required) • Ensure professional-quality output Post-Production Flow • Export and organize footage • Deliver files within 12–24 hours • Hand off to editors with proper notes • Cut basic short-form clips when needed On-Site Shoots • Travel with your own car • Record short-form content or interviews for clients • Represent the studio professionally • Valid UAE driving license • Owns a car • Able to travel for on-site shoots (mainly Dubai) • Experience with camera operation (Sony / Canon mirrorless) • Experience with studio audio (mics, mixers, gain staging) • Experience with lighting (key/fill/backlight setups) • Comfortable guiding clients on camera and in person • Basic editing skills (CapCut / Premiere / DaVinci) • Strong English communication skills • Punctual, organized, and reliable 5,000 - 7,000 AED per month (Based on experience and portfolio)
