Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Art Director, Soho Home are seeking a Studio Production Coordinator to join us at our Nuneaton Photo Studio. Responsible for scheduling all packshot photography and coordinating product through the studio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively coordinate product through the various stages of production in the studio to ensure imagery is delivered on time and ready for seasonal launches and other deadlines.
  • Collaborate affectively with teams throughout the business, keeping all necessary trackers updated to allow teams across the business to understand the status of packshot photography assets.
  • Work closely with product teams to guarantee all samples, swatches and any other necessary product information is delivered ahead of shooting/retouching.
  • Support the Senior Creative Producer with product coordination for lifestyle shoots, ensuring all necessary product is successfully delivered for lifestyle shoots.
  • Assist the Photographer to maneuverer heavy or bulky items including product, set build or equipment, making sure to use safe lifting practices.
  • Maintain an inventory of studio supplies ensuring the studio is always stocked with essential items.
  • Ensure the photography set is maintained to a high standard and any minor damages are promptly fixed. Make sure that product is correctly organised and remains undamaged during the shoot production process.
  • Help to organise files across our archive and DAM to allow for fast and efficient file locating and distribution.
  • Have a keen interest in developing and broadening your skills within the various stages of studio production, and coming forward with suggestions for any workflow improvements.
