Description Location: Las Vegas, NV Full-Time About the Role We are building a modern in-house studio environment to produce high-quality podcasts, interviews, and video content. We are seeking a Studio Production Engineer who is passionate about video technology, studio equipment, and production systems. This is a technical role, not a creative director role. You will be responsible for ensuring that cameras, microphones, lighting, and production software operate flawlessly across our office studio, auditorium, and podcast environments. The ideal candidate is someone who loves production technology, enjoys solving technical problems, and takes pride in building systems that run smoothly. Requirements Studio Production Set up and manage podcast and video recording environments Configure cameras, microphones, and lighting for productions Operate vMix for recording and live switching Auditorium Production Operate and maintain our office auditorium production system, including LED wall, cameras, lighting, and audio Run multi-camera productions and events Camera Systems Configure mirrorless camera setups for high-quality video capture Manage camera signal routing via capture cards or HDMI Audio Systems Configure and maintain audio systems including: RØDECaster Pro RØDE Wireless Pro Broadcast microphones (e.g., Shure SM7B) Ensure clean, professional audio recording. Lighting Set up professional lighting for podcasts and talking-head content Optimize lighting for cinematic quality Production Technology Operate and maintain systems including: vMix production software Blackmagic ATEM switchers Capture cards and signal routing Elgato Stream Deck controls Troubleshooting Quickly diagnose and resolve issues involving: Cameras Microphones Lighting Software Signal routing Streaming systems Production Support Assist during podcast and interview recordings Capture b-roll content when needed Prepare studio environments before recordings Ideal Candidate You might be a great fit if: You love working with production equipment and technology You enjoy troubleshooting and solving technical problems You are highly reliable and detail-oriented You enjoy building systems that work efficiently You are eager to learn and improve studio setups Technical Experience (Preferred) Experience with some or all of the following: vMix Blackmagic ATEM switchers RØDECaster Pro / RØDE wireless systems Mirrorless camera systems (Panasonic, Sony, Canon) Professional lighting setups HDMI or SDI signal routing Live streaming workflows What You’ll Work With Our production environment includes equipment such as: Professional mirrorless cameras RØDE audio systems and broadcast microphones Blackmagic ATEM switching systems vMix production software Professional studio lighting Large LED wall auditorium Compensation Competitive salary based on experience.
