• Overseeing daily studio and retail operations
• Accurately packing and fulfilling online and corporate orders
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation across the studio, retail area, shelves, and back room
• Managing product production and stock replenishment to keep shelves consistently well-stocked
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
• Handling ad-hoc duties with efficiency, positivity, and strong multi-tasking skills
