This is a sales-driven leadership position for someone who loves fitness, understands the body, and wants to lead a studio to growth and success. If you come from personal training, massage therapy, fitness coaching, or a wellness background and are ready to step into a full-time leadership role with income growth, this could be the right fit. 💥 What This Role Really Is You are the leader of the studio. You drive: • Sales performance • Team accountability • Client experience • Studio energy and culture You are not sitting behind a desk.
