Our values are simple: Culture First Performance Driven Act Like an Owner The Role As Studio Sales Support, you'll be the first point of contact for new and existing members, helping grow our community by converting leads into memberships, supporting member retention, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. In addition to your sales support responsibilities, you'll coach approximately 8–10 classes per week, helping deliver the high-energy, community-driven experience that F45 is known for. What We're Looking For Previous sales or customer service experience Excellent communication skills A passion for fitness and people Positive, proactive attitude Strong organisation and ability to work towards KPIs Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification is essential. Applicants must hold a valid Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification to be considered for this role, as coaching is a required part of the position. What You'll Get £15 per hour (20 hours per week) for Studio Sales Support 8–10 coaching hours per week, paid at £25–£32.50 per hour, depending on experience and performance Uncapped quarterly commission (OTE £4,000+) Career progression within a growing fitness business A fun, supportive and energetic team environment If you're passionate about fitness, love connecting with people, and want to make a real impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
The role involves converting leads into memberships and supporting member retention to grow the studio community. Additionally, the employee will coach 8-10 high-energy fitness classes per week.
