(Saudi National Only) Grade: G8 Location: Al Majmaah Working hours: full time Advert closing: 23/06/2026 Responsibilities · Operate and maintain studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, sound, and control systems. · Set up and strike studio equipment for live broadcasts and recordings. · Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them in a timely manner. · Ensure that studio equipment is in proper working order and regularly perform routine maintenance and checks. · Collaborate with production team to execute technical elements of live broadcasts and recordings. · Monitor sound and video levels to ensure quality control · Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various types of "switches," though the specific task depends on the studio's focus. · Handling, operates and manages various equipment within the control room • Audio mixing consoles: Managing sound levels from various sources, including microphones and pre-recorded sound effects. · Video switchers: Selecting which camera shot, graphic, or video source is shown to the audience at any given time. · Monitors: Observing multiple video feeds and audio levels to ensure quality and identify potential issues. · Communication systems: Using intercoms to coordinate with camera operators and other crew members in the studio. · Recording and playback equipment: Managing equipment for recording content and playing back pre-recorded material or graphics. · Lighting controls: Operating the consoles that control the lighting setup on the studio floor. Job Requirements: · Diploma, associate degree or bachelor degree in Media Production, Broadcasting, or a related field. · Proficiency in audio and video editing software. · Experience with both analog and digital equipment. · Experience in a studio technician role. · Experience in a live production environment. · Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
