Responsibilities

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

  • oversees the TAB Studio programs, including adult ballet classes, residencies and external hires and contributes to the engagement activities across TAB’s performance program.
  • supports the Producer in the planning, delivery and implementation of innovative community engagement, increased revenue opportunities and budget and process management.
  • support the Associate Producer, Education and Outreach in organising and administering tour and school bookings.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Coordinate and oversee Adult Ballet Classes, including scheduling, rostering teachers/pianists, and liaising with Marketing, Artistic, Building Services, and Ticketing.
  • Manage TAB Tours, develop a tour plan to provide a meaningful engagement with the TAB facilities and departments
  • Maintain records of attendance, budgets, and sales; track performance against targets; manage budgets and process payments/invoicing related to events.
  • oversee Company Residency and External Hire programs in collaboration with the artistic team.
  • Support integrated engagement programs with the mainstage and touring teams; explore new community programming opportunities with AP&P.
  • Research and develop pilot ideas aimed at diversifying audience and participant profiles.
  • Provide admin support for Education and Outreach, assist with school/community bookings, and contribute to strategic goals across Artistic Planning and Producing team.
