About You

To be successful in this position, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in clinical trial study coordination. In addition, you will have well developed judgement and decision-making skills to prioritise conflicting demands and meet deadlines. You will also be a team player with the ability to support others in the team as needed.

You will possess:

• Strong administrative and coordination experience in a busy, fast-paced environment, with a track record of managing schedules, records and documentation accurately. Clinical research experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Motivation and willingness to learn, with a genuine interest in building knowledge of clinical trials and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Effective communication skills are essential, with the ability to interact clearly, professionally and proactively communicate with team members and participants.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities at once and balance competing demands in a busy environment, while collaborating with internal Doherty Clinical Trials staff to ensure study timelines and quality standards are met.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with key stakeholders throughout the clinical trial process.
• High attention to detail and a strong ability to manage and ensure the accuracy of data, records and documentation, including confident use of everyday IT systems and a willingness to learn new databases.
• Team-orientated mindset with a willingness to support colleagues within the team and broader organisation and contribute to the smooth operation of the clinical trials.
• Ability to adjust to various roles within the clinical trial, based on team needs and the evolving requirements of the study.
