WS Training are looking to appoint a Study Programme Tutor for our post 16 and SEND courses. the ideal candidate will be covering additional learners on programme in a variety of sectors .
FTE salary £28,325.00 - £36,048 - AET - PGCE (with QTS/QTLS) - Proof of qualification required.

• Contributing to the initial assessment process, induction activities and identifying gaps in learning.
• The use of baseline assessments to plan suitable sessions enabling learners to access learning that is motivational and inspiring.
• Assisting students to improve their own learning and performance by developing their study skills.
• Devising appropriate interventions to support students to remain on track for completion of their course.
• Agreeing and putting in place relevant targets and actions.
• Taking responsibility for planning and delivering high quality teaching, learning and assessment to our students who have a broad range of barriers to learning and/or Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
