Job Description
Your role in the global Study Startup team will cover three main areas; Departmental support, Quality Control and Assurance, and Training.
Departmental Responsibilities:
- Maintain trackers for the Study Startup department
- Prepare departmental reports
- Plan, organize and follow up on departmental meetings and calls
- Prepare and distribute intradepartmental correspondence (information letters, agendas etc.)
- Provides ad-hoc administrative, technical and logistical support to the Study Startup department
Quality Control & Assurance Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of in-process quality controls within the department
- Prepare, conduct and follow up of audits and inspections
Training Responsibilities:
- Maintain training materials for the Study Startup department and staff
- Collaborate with the Training & Resourcing department to schedule inductions and ongoing training for Study Startup staff
- Coordinate training sessions delivered by Study Startup to PSI staff
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ideally, you will have a College or University degree
- Prior demonstrable experience working in a CRO or Clinical Research environment is a plus
- If you have previously supported Senior Management with executive administration duties, this is beneficial
- Full working proficiency in English
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and planning skills, problem-solving abilities, flexibility
- Team-oriented with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including a positive attitude to tasks and projects
