Job Description
Your role in the global Study Startup team will cover three main areas; Departmental support, Quality Control and Assurance, and Training.

Departmental Responsibilities:

  • Maintain trackers for the Study Startup department
  • Prepare departmental reports
  • Plan, organize and follow up on departmental meetings and calls
  • Prepare and distribute intradepartmental correspondence (information letters, agendas etc.)
  • Provides ad-hoc administrative, technical and logistical support to the Study Startup department

Quality Control & Assurance Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of in-process quality controls within the department
  • Prepare, conduct and follow up of audits and inspections

Training Responsibilities:

  • Maintain training materials for the Study Startup department and staff
  • Collaborate with the Training & Resourcing department to schedule inductions and ongoing training for Study Startup staff
  • Coordinate training sessions delivered by Study Startup to PSI staff

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ideally, you will have a College or University degree
  • Prior demonstrable experience working in a CRO or Clinical Research environment is a plus
  • If you have previously supported Senior Management with executive administration duties, this is beneficial
  • Full working proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and planning skills, problem-solving abilities, flexibility
  • Team-oriented with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including a positive attitude to tasks and projects
