Role:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their style and fashion needs
• Offer personalized recommendations and advice
• Achieve sale goals and build lasting client relationships
• Assist customers in finding the right sizes, colors, and styles that suit their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge
• Maintain a friendly and positive atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Collaborate with team members and achieve set goals
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and assist multiple customers simultaneously
• Organizational skills to keep track of inventory and merchandise
• Strong sense in style and fashion
