Job Description

• Greet customers in a personalized manner and provide the 1861 experience;
• Provide style advice based on customers’ personal preferences and build strong relationships with them;
• Manage customer traffic;
• Process transactions at the cash register, ensure the daily restock of the store, and handle daily tasks;
• Ensure store maintenance, including cleaning and product display;
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent;
• At least 2 years of customer service experience (fashion retail, an asset);
• Passionate about fashion and social interactions;
• Positive, able to manage priorities, and work independently;
• Able to handle stress during peak hours;
• Available at least on Saturdays or Sundays.
