More about the role Drive design, deployment, and continuous improvement of business processes, including their interfaces and master data, to meet business requirements. Design and implement standardized processes for Product Lifecycle Management across Signify. Drive the global PLM process strategy across Signify. Shape how Siemens Teamcenter (PLM) and SAP S/4HANA (ERP) work together to power our product innovation, industrialization, and lifecycle management processes. Work closely with a team of domain experts, architects, and solution specialists – together driving Signify transformation toward a state‑of‑the‑art digital enterprise. Define process architecture in line with ISO standards and leads business process audits, including implementation of audit findings. Identify future digital trends and translates these into process and master data improvement opportunities and digitalization roadmaps. Define and monitor relevant process efficiency and performance metrics and cooperates with Business Process Experts to improve results on these metrics. Drive process simplification and integrity along the customer value stream and benchmarks business processes with external companies to identify and implement improvement areas. Establish and maintain a network of Business Process execution Experts to streamline process update priorities, deployment plans, and safeguard adoption based on the committed roadmap. More about you Indepth knowledge and 10+ year working experience with Siemens PLM Teamcenter and SAP ERP systems (incl. 3+ years S4/HANA). Hands-on experience in setting up PLM environments for multiple archetypes – notably reference products and configurable products. Proven track record (5+ year experience) with designing and implementing End-to-End business processes in both innovation and manufacturing environments within a large multi-geography organization. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is essential to understand and manage business processes effectively. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business process management, quality management, or a related field, with a proven track record in design of IT and/or process - architectures and overall project management and/or change management. Working knowledge of data management, AI, IT-design, process mining. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar process improvement methodology is crucial to lead process audits and implement findings effectively. Trained and experienced in ISO 9001 auditing.
