OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Residential House Cleaners to join our team. This role focuses exclusively on cleaning private homes, providing a high standard of service to ensure a clean, comfortable, and organized environment for our clients. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, professional, and able to work independently or with a small team.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous residential cleaning experience is required.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and follow checklists or routines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working independently in private homes.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Must be trustworthy, punctual, and respectful of client privacy.
  Job Types: Casual, Freelance
  Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 3 – 18 per week

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all designated areas.
• Clean appliances, countertops, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and toilets with attention to detail and hygiene.
• Change bed linens, tidy rooms, and empty trash bins.
• Use appropriate cleaning products and tools safely and effectively.
• Follow client-specific instructions and preferences to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate professionally with clients and report any issues or concerns.
• Maintain a consistent schedule and complete cleaning jobs within the agreed time frame.
• Handle light organizing or tidying tasks as requested by the client.
• Notify management of any maintenance or safety concerns found in the home.
