Description

Stratford Kia is currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Sub-Prime Finance Manager to lead our growing special finance department. We are seeking a results-driven professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and takes pride in helping customers of all credit backgrounds secure reliable transportation solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of direct experience in sub-prime or special finance auto sales.
  • Strong understanding of sub-prime financing programs, lender platforms, and deal structuring.
  • Proven track record of performance in a commission-based or high-output role.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid OMVIC license and G driver’s license required.
  • Bilingual (English + another language) considered an asset.
  • Must complete ALL KIA mandatory training.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $80,000.00-$180,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of Stratford Kia’s sub-prime finance department.
  • Work independently to generate, qualify, and close sub-prime deals end-end.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with a network of sub-prime lenders.
  • Assess customer credit applications and structure deals that align with lender programs.
  • Communicate transparently with customers to help them understand their financing options.
  • Collaborate with the sales and F&I teams to ensure smooth deal delivery and funding.
  • Maintain full compliance with OMVIC, privacy legislation, and internal dealership policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service that builds trust and long-term loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all sub-prime activity.
