The energy transition requires innovative technical solutions to ensure a stable and future-proof electricity grid. As Sub Project Lead - Commissioning within our 2GW program you are responsible for the commissioning of the three Grid Connection Systems in Cluster Maasvlakte. Your expertise will focus on ensuring the successful delivery, with a strong emphasis on timely, high-quality, and cost-effective execution.

• Solution-oriented problem solver with a strong helicopter view, experienced in managing complex technical interfaces and aligning multidisciplinary teams and (internal and external) stakeholders in dynamic, high-pressure project environments—while maintaining focus on quality, safety and deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, clear and effective communication with stakeholders on project progress and challenges, and an excellent coordinator.
• Proactive, results-driven team player with a high level of professionalism, assertiveness, and flexibility—comfortable working on-site and capable of motivating and unifying others in dynamic project settings.
• Extensive technical expertise in high-voltage systems, with over 5 years of commissioning experience, experience with coordination of commissioning teams. Familiar with the principles, standards and regulations within the high voltage world. A BSc in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• Languages, fluency in English is required for this position, both written and spoken. Dutch is an advantage
• In possess a valid driving license, willing to work abroad and offshore in the future (from 2027 on worth maximal once every two months for 2 weeks)
