Summary
For the “Cyberspace & EW” department, we are looking for a “Sub-Project Manager Electronic Attack (f/m/d)” at the Ulm location as soon as possible.
The department is the central point of contact for the acquisition and management of all bilateral projects in the field of tactical electronic warfare for the Netherlands and Germany.
The department’s tasks also include close cooperation with important subcontractors and project teams in South Africa at our subsidiary GEW as well as in our newly established “Land EW Center of Competence” in the Netherlands.

Your Tasks

  • Supporting project management in the planning and implementation of sub-projects
  • Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of project plans as well as monitoring and controlling of project progress
  • Support in reporting (including assistance with KPI monitoring and documentation)
  • Organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings and documenting the results
  • Supporting the coordination of stakeholders such as customers, contractual partners and suppliers
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports and documentation for project management
  • Close cooperation with the project teams in South Africa (GEW) and the “Land EW Center of Competence” in the Netherlands
  • Support with bid management tasks

Willingness to travel is required.

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in the field of engineering, electrical engineering, communications engineering, industrial engineering or comparable
  • Initial experience in project management or in supporting project management tasks advantageous
  • Experience in bid and project management in the defense industry advantageous
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project Server
  • Basic knowledge of documentation, planning and management systems advantageous
  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
