Closed Sundays. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the Finance & Insurance process from deal structure through funding. Present financing options and protection products professionally and transparently. Secure financing through approved lending institutions. Submit credit applications and negotiate approvals with lenders. Present vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other protection products. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant. Monitor contract funding and promptly resolve lender stipulations. Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and product providers. Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of Automotive F&I experience. Proven record of achieving finance and product sales goals. Strong understanding of automotive lending and dealership operations. Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Preferred: CDK experience. Dealertrack experience. Knowledge of Connecticut title and registration processes. Bachelor's degree or equivalent automotive retail experience. Skills: Automotive Finance. F&I Compliance. Deal Structuring.
