A Subaru Love Encore Delivery Specialist is a customer-focused role that helps new Subaru owners understand and enjoy their vehicle’s features and technology. They provide personalized demonstrations, answer questions, and ensure a smooth delivery process. The role also involves follow-up to schedule Love-Encore redelivery appointments and track customer satisfaction. Here’s a more detailed look at the responsibilities:Core Responsibilities:

  • Initial Delivery Education: Conduct detailed deliveries, explaining vehicle features, operation, and available resources like the owner’s manual and Subarunet.
  • Love-Encore Redelivery: Schedule and conduct Love-Encore redelivery appointments to address lingering questions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Technology Expertise: Assist customers in personalizing their vehicle technology settings, including Starlink services.
  • Customer Engagement: Follow up with new owners via text, email, or phone to ensure they return for a Love-Encore visit.
  • Support and Training: Serve as a resource for sales consultants and assist with initial deliveries during busy times.
  • Program Administration: Oversee Love-Encore program incentives and administrative duties.
  • Customer Experience Monitoring: Track Love-Encore survey results and identify areas for improvement.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and able to explain and demonstrate vehicle features.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage appointments, track data, and maintain a redelivery calendar.
  • Customer Service Focus: Passion for customer service and a desire to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Previous Automotive or Tech Support Experience: A plus, but not always required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
