- Sales experience is a MUST, Subaru Experience a PLUS –

*REQUIREMENTS:*

• Valid, mostly Clean, NYS Driver’s License is a must
• Ability to work every Saturday 8am to 6pm and 4 days during the week. (5 days total).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Sales experience is a MUST, Subaru Experience a PLUS –
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey the features and benefits of Subaru vehicles.
• A passion for automobiles and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest Subaru models and industry trends.
  Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them through the Subaru lineup to find the perfect vehicle.
• Provide informative and persuasive product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Conduct test drives, addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive buying experience from start to finish.
• Stay informed about Subaru vehicles, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
