Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as an automotive service technician, preferably with Subaru or similar brands - Valid state technician certification/license, preferred - Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Commitment to quality workmanship and continuous learning - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
