Ensure subcontracting plans, quality, and costs are aligned with project requirements and department targets while coordinating with global E&C teams. 職務内容 Main Accountabilities: Quality & Compliance: Execute Project Subcontracting Plans and ensure purchased items meet TRS requirements; minimize gaps between plans and actual activities. Financial Contribution: Achieve cost-saving targets against project budgets; manage Extra Work Orders (EWO) to avoid delays and unexpected costs. Operative Effectiveness: Provide sourcing decisions and cost/delivery information for project proposals and B-meetings; prepare comparison tables for decision-making. Development & Competitiveness: Implementation of procurement strategies; identify and develop competitive new suppliers in cooperation with global procurement teams. Organization & HR: Manage group engineering hours and team motivation; support subordinate target setting and participate in professional training. 応募資格 Measurement & KPIs: Achievement of "cost saving to project budget" targets.
