Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, marine industry regulations, and international trade rules (e.g., export/import controls, customs clearance) in all procurement activities; manage procurement contracts, invoices, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support the procurement team in daily work, including task allocation, work guidance for junior staff (if applicable), and performance tracking, to improve work efficiency and professionalism. Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and technological developments in the marine engineering and procurement industry, collect market information and provide preliminary insights to the management team.
