As a Subcontract Prequalification Administrator, you are responsible for the administration and support of our Subcontractor Management program. This position is expected to work in collaboration with our project management team and in direct communication with subcontractors and designated business functional leaders. This position will enroll and assist subcontractors in the appropriate prequalification platforms. Critical for success are self-motivation, strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

What it takes:

  • High school diploma or GED, 3 to 5 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Secondary education degree (desired)
