REQUIREMENTS

• Registered business in the cleaning industry (sole trader or company)
• ABN and Public Liability Insurance (minimum $5 million)
• Current Police Check
• WorkCover (if employing staff)
• Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
• Ability to work independently and follow a daily checklist
• Safety Boots

THE ROLE

We are seeking a reliable cleaning subcontractor for our Auburn premises.

• Location: Paramatta Rd, Auburn, NSW
• Start Time: From 6:00 pm (no later than 8pm)
• Duration: 2 hours per shift
• Schedule: 5 days per fortnight
• Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday
• Equipment: All equipment and products are supplied and kept on-site

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver efficient cleaning of offices, restrooms, kitchen/breakroom, and lobby areas
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
• Wash and dry cleaning cloths fortnightly
• Follow task checklist and update communications book
• Report any issues during the clean

TASKS INCLUDE

• Dusting, wiping, fingerprint removal
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
• Spot cleaning glass and polishing fixtures
• Restroom sanitisation and restocking supplies
• Kitchen and breakroom cleaning (appliances, benches, tables, bins)
• Waste disposal and bin cleaning
• Entrance and reception cleaning to ensure a welcoming environment
• Adherence to health and safety regulations
