YOUR MISSION FUNCIONES: • Garantizar consistentemente altos estándares de experiencia de servicio dentro de la tienda en sincronía con los valores de marca PUMA y los estándares de servicio. • Responsable de reclutar, entrenar, desarrollar y remplazar el alto rendimiento, gestión de resultados y de los asociados. • Preparar y administrar evaluaciones de desempeño oportunas y precisas para cada miembro del equipo de la tienda. • Hacer a cada miembro de la tienda responsable de cumplir o exceder expectativas de la compañía a través de conversaciones semanales de productividad, coaching diario en el momento, reconocimiento por rendimiento y acciones de desarrollo según sean necesarias. • Invertir el 85% del horario laboral en piso de ventas, atrayendo clientes, vendiendo, y coacheando asesores. • Comunicar y proveer retroalimentación al Area/District Manager • Implementar, gestionar y monitorear programas de prevención de pérdidas, entrenamiento y concientización.
